Sorry, no photo. I got some fertile eggs from a guy and said he bought his chickens from someone in North Carolina selling 'Blackjacks". They are bantam sized, black, white or some combination of the two. They have short, short legs and a bowed out, heavy and broad (almost fat) breast section. Straight-comb, greenish to black tails that look Serama-ish. Anyone? Thanks. I don't know if this is useful info or not, but it seems that male-to-female hatch rates lean heavy to the rooster side. Every time I go by, it seems like there are more roosters. Has anyone ever heard of this?

Any chance the original breeder said "Black Japs"? Japanese bantams come in the color combinations you describe, and the breed standard calls for short legs. What color are the eggs?

It's possible. The guy I got them from is Korean so his English is a little broken.

I think those have a high likelyhood of being Black Japs.

I got my first bantam chicks from the TSC "assorted bantams" bin, last month. I've been trying to figure out what the heck mine are, too.
