Bleeding and pussing vent..

This happened to one of my Leghorns, she got a prolapse and then her flockmates picked at it.
A warm bath, with epsom salt if possible, as suggested is an excellent start.
Let me find the "how to repair a prolapse" article I used and I'll put a link here.
If you have any plain preparation H, that will come in handy. If not, you can use honey. I also used a latex glove, but that is not critical.
You will need to separate her in a dog crate or similar enclosure for a bit, so if you have someone who can help you, ask them to set up a crate while you administer the bath.

Edit: this thread was very helpful to me https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=1907861

In a nutshell, after her bath, take a look, and pictures if possible. Gather honey or prep-H and first apply to the outside/wounded area. Next, if it looks like anything is outside her vent that ought to be inside, lube up your pinky finger (very trim nails, gloves if you've got em) with honey or prep-H, and push gently but firmly to force the bulge back inside her vent. Then settle her in the crate with just water, and keep a towel over it to keep it completely dark.
With luck, the darkness will calm her and help prevent egg laying.
My leghorn did lay another egg, and her prolapse happened again. However, I just repeated the process a couple of times until the darkness helped prevent more eggs and she had time to heal.

Good luck! Let us know how she's doing when you get a chance.

It also can just be vent pecking, since chickens were just put together. They may need more room, more protein, or places to get away from each other. It is important to spend some time with them to see what is happening. I would separate the injured one in a dog crate after cleaning up her vent. Post a new picture. Apply some plain neosporin ointment to her vent.
