I have six chicks in the incubator and all hatched fine except this last one. It struggled for over 10 hours and when it finally broke free it had bloody bump on its stomach and blood in the shell. Now all the others are pecking at that bloody spot and he is very weak. There are two others pipped. Should I open the incubator and get the others out (one is 24 hours old and he is the one doing most of the pecking). I can't bear to watch this.......help

Take just him out or all of them that are hatched? There are four more pipped now. Will I be endangering them?

Open and close it fast. Don't even lift the lid all the way, just high enough to reach in fast. Just get him. Don't leave it open long enough to get everybody.

okay, thanks. Then put him in the brooder and hope for the best?

Yes, and when the others are all hatched and put in the brooder, watch to be sure they aren't pecking him. He might have to be separated if they do.
