So I just noticed this today the photos aren’t the best. A few of my hens combs are scabbed or slightly bleeding I don’t have a rooster but I used to. Is this a problem with them fighting each other or is it something else? Should I put something on it?

I think it should heal on it's own - sometimes my hens get into fights and end up with little comb nicks. Do you have Blu-Kote to put on it?

edit: it does look like it's in an odd/hard to treat place, being between the nostrils, but it looks like just a fight injury to me still

Ok thanks! I will let it do it’s own thing for awhile and see how it does.

I agree - it's just a superficial nick that should heal just fine on it's own. Look at your feed/water station, sometimes those have a sharp edge that chickens cut themselves on. Sticking beak through wire fencing will also give similar results.
Could also be a flock mate got a hold of them too, you never know:)
