This hen not my most affectionate so I don’t get a lot of opportunities to get close to her. I went to get a count on everyone and notice she had some bleeding so I inspected closer noted these sores. I isolated her and noticed only one other hen had a small yellow dot on her comb and I took her out as well. Neither have sores in their mouth.

It's hard to tell if that's Fowl Pox or scabs from injury.
I see what looks like a bit of pus in her right eye too. It's possible she may have been pecked in the eye.

However, the lesions/scabs look like they need to be tended to, so I'd treat as Fowl Pox and Paint the lesions on the wattles, beak and earlobes and comb with Iodine to help heal them up. Gently rinse the eye with saline, remove the pus, then put a dot of Terramycin eye ointment or Original Neosporin in the eye(s).

Can you get a good look inside of her beak for any lesions or pasty material?

The inside of her beak looked fine I didn’t see any issues

Did her and other chicken first treatment. How often should I do it. I separated them together in a separate coop from rest of the girls. Anything else I need to do
