I imagine this has been covered ad nauseam and I apologize for what is probably a repeat question. . . .
I have a black astrolorp hen that the others beat up today. They pulled and pecked feathers and caused quite a bit of bleeding. I have administered first aid for the bleeding and she seems stable at the moment. She has also eaten a scrambled egg and drank - hopefully a good sign. I am able to keep her separate but near the others when I get the hospital coop and run dug out(it's snowed about a foot over the last couple days).
Anyway, I wanted some advice about how to feed her up to help her recover quickly. Feather fixer is not something I have used in the past but should I get her some? Any advice would be appreciated..
Oh, and I plan to cull the ringleader

I would use some Flock Raiser or a higher protein feed of your choice, and offer small amounts of scrambled egg, tuna, or other high protein treats. Is the pecking due to overcrowding or boredom from not getting outside?

Probably because she's too docile to fight back and they don't have acess to their entire run because there's over a foot of snow in it.
