Bleeding sores on feet

One of my chickens has sores on her feet. They are on like the outside top ‘ankle’ area of both feet. Also has a bump with some bleeding on one side right by her beak. Any help with what might cause this?

The foot looks like some kind of injury. Look around for anything, ramps, wire fencing, etc that she might have gotten caught in or abraded on. You can put some plain neosporin or plain triple antibiotic ointment on it a couple of times a day.
The beak may be an injury also, from a feeder or fencing, it looks like it has a crack running through it. I would use the same ointment on that, see if it improves. If it continues to get larger, then it might be a tumor. Is there anything showing on the inside of the beak there?
