Blind chick, wey neck, or something else?

We purchased 6 olive egger chicks from TCA on 4/1/26. On fhe 3rd, we noticed pasty butt and promptly treated and all is good! But later that same day, I noticed she was stumbling around, almost drunk-like. Her head bobs side to side, especially while she's trying to eat and drink. I have been treating directly by beak, poultry cell for 3 days and see no improvement. Her eyes look physically ok (no cloudiness, no odd-shaped pupils, pupils react to light) but if I move my finger by her eyes, she doesn't react. I'm not sure if it's am using the appropriate treatment, or if there's anything else, if at all, I can do. We tried to separate her from the other 11 chicks, but she chirped LOUD and constantly and was so unhappy. We put her back with the others and she seems happier, despite whatever issue is going on.
