Blind chick? What to do..

I have a chick that I hatched about a month ago that I have come to the conclusion about that it is blind. When she first hatched, she was very awkward and strange. Of course she couldn't walk at first, but after a few days when she could, she would stumble over things and seem to notice they were there. She also took a while to learn to eat. Usually, all I have to do to teach my chicks to eat and drink is "peck" at the feed with my fingers, but she never even acknowledged my hand being right in front of her. Now i'm piecing all of this together, and my baby seems blind. Anyone know the symptoms? Also, what should I do with her? I free range all of my birds.
