Blind chicken closed eye!

I have a chicken who is blind in both eyes. This morning whenI went to go let her out. Her left eye was sealed with some sort of white stuff. It wasn't goopy at all. It almost looked like white fur covering her eye. Can anyone tell me what it is, and if there is eye drops or some sort of medicine for it??

It looks like her eyes are closed and thats her eye lid. I hope its nothing serious..

Can you get a better picture with light on the face? She looks like she has been pecked ion her comb. It is possible that she was pecked in the eye or the chickens are pecking her because she is ill. Is she having any signs of a respiratory infection, such as nasal drainage, gasping, wheezing, or sneezing?

I have seen my two new chickens pecking at her and I go out there to stop it.
