Blind chicken

BChicky was so happy with the young chicks

... and being contained was a safe haven for her.. When I was putting her out in the dog fence/ run & dog crate she was ok, but still stayed in the crate most of the time. with winter coming I can set up a light . A lady that works at my local feed store has a hen , the same breed. That was her Roo's fav

. But for some reason he dumped her & all the others are picking on her , so she's been off by herself , won't join the flock now. The lady said I am not sure what to do, " Maybe put her in the pot" ( I think she was joking ) I said ," NO, let me have her & she can be my BChicky's new companion " . I plan on calling her tomorrow & checking on that to see if she wants to part with the hen. I can't set her up in the chicken yard as it's full with coops, no room for another. .
