Blind crippled hen behavior

I put a water dish in our hen’s pen. Doolittle, our blind and crippled hen was found sitting in it for the past two mornings. This morning I took the dish out. Her bottom half has been soaking wet for the past two days. What should I do for her? Please help!!!!!

I'm no expert but could she be cooling off ?? Does she have any problem backend. Redness, build up of poo ? She could be easing pain if so. Hope she's ok x
