Blind eye

One of our hens had a bad eye that has closed-up completely.!She was lethargic for several days but now seems almost normal. Any suggestions or ideas on causes, treatments or concerns for the flock.

Welcome to BYC. Can you post any pictures of the swollen eye? Is there any pus, bubbles, or discharge in the eye? Can you see the eye when you open the eyelid? A swollen eyelid can be a sign of a peck injury, a sting, getting dirt in the eye or many times a sinus infection from a respiratory disease.
