OMG!! Ok Ok Ok!! I know it's almost 11pm my time but I have a tendency to make breakfast foods for lunch or most times dinner.. Well, I was hungry and wanted something sweet so I figured I would make some French toast and then my son could have some when he gets up for school in the morning too.. Let me just say, WOW!!!! I've made french toast too many times in my life to count but this was definitely a first for me.. I cracked 5 eggs and mixed almost 50/50 with milk like I normally do.. I'm sitting there watching the egg soaked break on the griddle and I had to keep looking away.. It literally hurt my eyes.. I started laughing and called one of my family members over.. She said that her eggs are that bright when she makes it.. BUT, she don't add milk! She was blown away! LOL.. And let me just say...... Mmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!

I made french toast the other night too! We try to eat eggs for dinner 1 night a week, which involves quiche, pancakes or french toast. Home grown eggs are so much better!

My daughter (who is over 40 BTW) calls the eggs I give her "Mama's Eggs" and she calls me everytime she tries a new recipe. Last night it was, "Mama's Eggs made a really good quiche tonight". Or "Mama's Eggs made good popovers for breakfast, this morning". Think she's hinting for more?
