This morning I went out to check on my chickens, and I noticed my usually feisty rooster wasn't out, I went to go check on him and he was sat in a corner under the roosts. I was unsure if he'd let me pick him up, but he did. Which was super odd. I soon realized he couldn't see me. His face was pale, and his eyes are glazed over. I shook my hand in front of his eyes and he didn't even react. He is a year and a half old black Cochin. Any idea what it could be? I hate to see him so defenseless. :(

Are his pupils normal or are they mis shaped? Is there any greying to the eyes or iris?? If yes to these things these are some symptoms of occular Mareks disease. If no to these symptoms have you noticed any other things that might be considered a symptom? How is his poo? Is there any sound when he breathes? Any mucus or coughing? Anything else you noticed that might be out of the ordinary?
