Bloated Chicken

She has seemed normal all her life (although this is my first attempt at raising chickens). She had thick legs and that is why I call her Special. I'm kind of reluctant to put any sort of drainage in her without having some anatomy of a chicken on hand. Punctured air sacs can be fatal, I learned a while back.
Her bloat is from the keel to the vent, and is rather squishy. I don't detect an egg. I think she likes the yogurt.

Okay! Thanks for the advice. You have been very helpful.

Keri..............have had several hens like this. 2 Black Sex Links, and currently a Rhode Island Red. I have found it to be Lynthoid Leukosis, and there is not much treatment to offer that I know of. The first SL was similar to your experience. The second just waddled around with her big "beer belly". Destroyed both. The present RR is progressing in same direction, but is very active and exhibits no discomfort. I examined her and there was no blockage in her vent passage. She had normal stool. As you said, seems to be a sack of water. Good luck.
