bloated hen....any suggestions?

When I fed my chickens today I notice one was sitting by herself. She ran from me but I caught her and noticed her belly and vent area are very bloated and she had a runny milky colored liquid coming out of her vent. We quarantined her but not sure if I can expect her to make it. Just wondering if anyone has a clue what can be wrong. Thank you!
