Bloated vent/walking like a duck/hard to walk??

I have a buff that has a very bloated vent, hard for her to walk, but is still eating but loss of energy....i have never seen this before, please help asap!!

I think she is egg bound. Let me see if I can find some advice for you......

Here is a link that might explain what you can do to help her. It's when eggs are stuck in the oviduct.
