Blocked tear duct maybe?

Anybody have any idea what this is?

Looks like a sinus infection.
Check inside the beak for lesions, odors or pasty material.

Clean the eye with saline, see if any of the pus can be pressed from the sinus. Apply an eye ointment in the eye.
You may need to give an antibiotic. Baytril or Tylan may help, but chicken pus is semisolid and won't dry up on it's own. If you have vet care, that would be best.

I just now saw this, I didn’t get the notification that you had replied. I rinsed it with saline but she passed Saturday night.

Thank you for the reply. Should I expect anyone else from my flock to get sick as well?
