I just now saw this, I didn’t get the notification that you had replied. I rinsed it with saline but she passed Saturday night.Looks like a sinus infection.
Check inside the beak for lesions, odors or pasty material.
Clean the eye with saline, see if any of the pus can be pressed from the sinus. Apply an eye ointment in the eye.
You may need to give an antibiotic. Baytril or Tylan may help, but chicken pus is semisolid and won't dry up on it's own. If you have vet care, that would be best.
