Blocking members? Please advise?

If you block a member, can they still send you public or private messages? Or view your posts? In other words, what are the restrictions on the blocker and 'blockee'? Thanks!

As I understand it.... You won't see their posts or their PM's. I doubt that anything changes for the person you have blocked.
