That was the first place for me too and ya a hot minute ago.
Then I switched to I believe it was Wigs for Kids or something like that. They started suggesting 14" to 15" instead of 12".
I quit going so long between hair cuts so wasn't making the minimum any longer. Shame they can't do anything with say 6" or 8".

I used to, but they charge you now which I think is BS

They never charged me to donate, which was right before Covid hit. I donated 14" to a company based in Michigan but I don't remember the name. I'll look in my email to see if I still have the certificate but I doubt it

Really? I donated mine a couple years ago to Locks of Love, and it was free. I gave like 18 inches of hair, and I’m still growing it out again

The manager at the salon said it would be $30 if I wanted to donate it and pulled out this long form, I didn't even look to see what the company was on the form, I just told her that's like going to goodwill with a bag of clothes and them telling you "hold on a minute and let me get your total." Smdh

Same here. Like, platinum as a toddler, then it all fell out or something, and grew back nearly black.
