I can’t get mine to grow past my shoulders I think it’s genetic because my dad said he used to have the same issue. If I straighten mine it’s slightly longer but not really. He tried for years to grow his when he was younger. All his friends would have it to their butts and his would still be shoulder length.

Healthy hair is directly related to a healthy diet. Damaged, unhealthy hair tends to not grow well because it breaks. Look at your nails too. If you have issues getting them to grow, you'll have issues with your hair growing

The weird thing is my nails grow like crazy lol I’m going to try the diet thing though.

Nails are easier to grow because you can put growth nail polish on. Put good things in, get good things out

That makes a lot of sense! I don’t put anything on my nails although I was taking a hair and nail vitamin for a while but I stopped.
