Adult birds develop a sort of immunity if they have been exposed to cocci at a younger age. Though this bird is still pretty young. However, if they're presented with enough cocci I don't see how they could still be immune. But it would have to be just a lot.
The new dropping pictures seem to show an awful lot of urine - but the bird is probably drinking a lot. It's hard to tell if the urine is tinged by color, or if it's leeching color out of the feces at this point. Thankfully there are no clots of blood and very few, if any, odd bits that might represent anything similar to cocci. I'm wondering if the droppings are that spread when they're immediately dropped, or if the high urine content is causing them to turn to mush - and they're found that way.
In either case, I think I'd just continue with probiotics daily until this clears up more. I'd expect the total time to be about a week maybe a week and a half. Then I'm hoping she should be fine.
It would be nice to see the droppings solidify a bit. Are they ever frothy?
