Blood Blister on Ducks bill

Looks like a blood blister on my ducks bill. One of my other ducks might have bit him. Will it just go away? Looks like this: THIS IS NOT MY DUCK*** just found it online because it looks like what my duck has

I've never had that happen, only scrapping of bills. I'd watch it to make sure it doesn't opened or get infected and see if any ducks are bullying him. He may have just bumped it on something.
