My silver hen has started laying eggs with blood on them. I found a lot of dried blood on underside around the hole and scabs right at the opening.
I gently washed her with warm water and applied an antibiotic ointment to the area. Next day the scabs look worse and still bloody eggs. I don't see any mites on her, unless they're too small to see.
I've got her isolated and hoping she will heal if I keep tending her wound. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Other than the obvious scabbing/wound her vent looks to be in good shape. Perhaps a pecking issue going on? Do any other birds look like they are being pecked on?

I think you are on the right track. Keep it clean and apply 3x antibiotic ointment 3x daily until it heals. I would also keep her separated - perhaps in a dog cage where the others can see her but not bother her wounds. That could get really dangerous if the others peck at her wounds. Keeping her "among them" helps to keep her as part of the flock.

I hope she heals quickly.

Thanks for the input. Yeah I have prescription ointment that I'm using. Mupirocin 2%. I'll apply it like you said, 3x a day. I have an isolation coop I built and it opens into the same run, but I split it with 2x3 wire fence. They can definitely see each other. She is the lowest in the pecking order as well. She's also one of the more reliable layers and don't run from us. Yeah, she's our fave.
