Blood egg

One of my three year old hens lays a bloody egg. I mean BLOODY egg. She has laid it every egg of her life, I am fed up with it. I can't sell eggs anymore because it's DISGUSTING.
Is there a way to stop this? She isn't in pain, and acts completely normal.
I have to separate every egg that looks like hers, even if it isn't the blood egg, so no one gets that egg. Any suggestions would be great!
