Blood in Chicken Poop?

The only water I have around where they walk around is their water, unless they find a puddle of some, but I keep a pretty close eye on them while they’re out.

I'd let them roam around then. Even in confinement, they may get a chance at a rain puddle! They love that. My hens "sip" rain drops of their fencing It's interesting to watch.

Mine are probably going crazy right now! I’m a teacher and had to clean my classroom today so I haven’t had them out of the run yet. They’ll probably all be standing by the door by the time I walk up to it.
