Im giving the babies this for the niacin they need. Do I need to stop this while they're on the corid. Also theres no other signs of sickness in these should I go ahead and treat anyway or let they're immune system handle it while they're not sick?

Yes, you'll need to cease the use of the vitamin prior to using the Corid.

Corid is a very safe drug, I would treat them just to be sure.
