Blood in poop, after getting into compost pile

I noticed blood on the poop board this morning (see attached). Not sure which of the 6 girls, but they have all been getting into the compost pile. Should I be worried about them getting into the compost? We have mostly vege scraps and egg shells - but A LOT of espresso pucks. Wonder if them getting into coffee is a bad thing.

Also read a few posts. Does this look like intestinal lining shed? Or should I look into treating for coccidiosis?

Note - all the girls seem fine - foraging, eating, drinking. That said, I have no idea how to figure out which bird has the problem.

Cheers!

I do not know what did cause the problem, but I've never had trouble from chickens getting into compost. Lots of people put their compost in the chicken run, or let the chickens have access to the compost pile. I'm pretty sure coffee grounds are not a problem, either. I recently read about coffee grounds being sold for chicken bedding, and someone had tried them and found it to work well.

Hopefully someone else can chime in to help figure out whether there is an actual problem, and if so, what it is.

Are you still seeing this?
How old are they?

Looks like intestinal shed, but I see mucous as well.
If possible, getting a fecal float to check worm and Coccidia load would be best.
