Blood in the coop (Pictures included)

You mention a bleeding vent? Do you have one with a bloody vent?
Do you have a rooster?

A vent should not be bleeding. You might find a slight smear of blood on an egg that a first time layer has laid, that would be normal.
You mention "breeding" as well. There is no penetration when mating. Chickens touch vents, it's called a "cloacal kiss", so no, there shouldn't be an bleeding of the vent due to mating either.
There was no vent bleeding that I could see, but then again the blood might be old so it could have clean off quickly, two of my Easter eggers did recently just start laying

Just got an egg with blood again, this time from Paprika, a Cinnamon Queen

That might of fought off predator of some sort a friend of mine chickens killed a snake last month in there coop.
We live in Alaska so we don’t get small critters unless it’s like, a vole, we do have a fox running around and stray cats but they have a completely closed off coop due to frostbite, I do try to let them out when it’s above 15 but they don’t like the snow
