Blood in Waterer In Run?

[Blue Andalusian]

I have 2 Waterers in my Run and When i went out there to feed them, i noticed one of the waters were red. I was guessing it was Blood, but i looked at all my chickens in my flock and nobody seemed injured or anything. So, If somebody can please help me figure out what could be going wrong?
