I found these streaks on an egg yesterday and wondered if it might be blood. I was concerned because this egg was laid by my last lady to begin laying and I heard her caterwauling on the nest like she was being torn limb from limb and wondered if she was struggling to lay (eggbound?). She appears OK today but I've not examined her, so I guess I'll wait and see unless you folks have any other actions to suggest. The egg on the right is from my oops bantam - so cute, huh?

It may be blood. There's a lot of stretching involved in laying an egg, especially for the first time, and blood streaks are not entirely uncommon. I wouldn't worry too much. An eggbound chicken will act very obviously unwell, even to the untrained eye. If she is alert and active, I'm sure she's probably just fine!
