Blood ON egg

Went out to collect eggs today, and found that one of the eggs had some blood on it. I looked at the hens there were in that cage, and all seems to be ok that I could see. I have never seen this before, and just wanted to see what you guys thought about it. Thanks so much!

I happens occasionally. Just a blood vessel bursting during the laying process. So long as the hen's vent area isn't bloody, no worries.
