Blood on Hens comb!

So the run at least is big enough for the current flock. If possible put in things to help give your chickens some hiding spots and distractions. Even a few roost bars or a wooden pallet sloped and secured against a wall will help break up the space. If there's nothing inside the run to keep them busy, you could add something for them to pick at or dig through, anything from a head of cabbage to a pile of garden trimmings. Obviously you don't want to clutter the whole run up but a few additions might help.

If these were added since the problem, and they are using them, it's a good start, at least. Roosts, ledges, and ladders worked for us, once, when we ended up with extra birds for a time, along with the occasional pile of grass clippings, tomatoes, fruit, or other interesting treats. They tended to spread them out so any fighting was brief, if there was enough. We eventually expanded the run, too.
