blood ring or blind

Have got them advertised but it's the usual time wasters or can't really decide if they want them. Had another woman call this afternoon but she has not had chicks before and thought they could just go outside! Think it put her off when I explained they needed heat and to be indoors or at least a garage. Said she was going to speak to her husband and get back to me. I have explained on all my ads the day they were hatched and that they require heat.

No probs if they don't go, they have more room now, I suppose I was just trying to hang on for my new shed!! And didn't want to do the garage :rant
Going to be chilly tonight though below freezing I just hope they will be ok have done all I can as in got the lamp, nice warm bedding, sheeting to stop any drafts, carpet under the bedding and the garage has a ceiling and has wood boarding all round the walls. The woman who owned the house before us used it as an office. Have also put the Eco glow in there for them too but they havnt been under it seem to like the lamp better already. Air just feels a bit chilly in there I've got a portable heater I might put that on later for them if they look a bit nippy. All seemed happy when I went out last just under the lamp not too bunched and no one chirping their heads off either. Suppose they will let me know how they are feeling.

it looks like a fine set up to me. would it be rude to ask what they sell for over there ? I know you dont use dollars but can you convert to dollars ? You use pounds right? they go for about 5-10 dollars here i think for chicks unless you find hatchery the just a few dollars

Of course it's not rude granny, I don't mind. I have them up for sale at £5 each. Im not sure what that converts to in US dollars? Will check it out. I know when I purchased my golden feather membership it was $20 which converted to £13.76 on the PayPal invoice. Or there abouts.

The polish eggs over here are anything from £1.50 - £4.00 each depending where and how many you purchase.
Roos are usually free and hens are about £25 each.

so 5 pounds is the same as 7.60 thats a good price here. about the same . I dont know how you found the e mark that says pounds right? oh, probable on your computer like my $ sign is. LOL I am so dense .
