Hi granny! I have not candled last night I fell asleep again!! I had to have the tooth out in the end It got so bad I went to the dentist and she had to remove it, it had an abcess under it, it was awful. I do feel better now it's out but my gum and that side my face is sore and swollen. But not the pain of the tooth. Trying to catch up on some sleep yesterday and have something to eat. I managed some soup and an Omlet yesterday. Dropped off in the afternoon and again in the evening. Woke panicking I had not locked birds up but thankfully son and his dad had done them for me.

Will certainly check later on the eggs, can't wait to look.

feeling better then you i bet. sleep all you can. it restores your body. How very nice of your family to take over the chores. I have had teeth pulled with infection behind them. Not pleasant. Dentist here will not pull them now when they are infected. we have to wait for the antibiotics to work first. Funny hu ?

Yes it is! But she wanted to do an x-Ray before taking it out but I could not bare anything near the tooth. Just touching it was really bad so I begged her to just take it out. Once it was out that's when she realised the abcess was there when all the crap came out with the tooth. Have slept lots on and off talk about napping. I've had another two hours this afternoon!! It feels so much better today barring my jaw aching and the puffy face. Laughing is still off limits and the other half an son are winding me up Will be Glad when the puffiness has gone and I can laugh again.

Just waiting for it to get dark and I will be candling the eggs. It's not been getting dark while about 9.30 - 10.00 pm here right now. It's getting light then at 3.30 - 4.00 am days are really long right now.

same thing happened to me many a yr. ago. good thing the dentist had glasses on his face.

u have more daylight hours then i do. a lot more. the longest is from ABOUT 6am-9pm. in the 80s here today and my air has gone out.

Oh that's warm granny!! No air con then? I bet your warm. Have just checked the eggs and of the 28 I set just had the one clear. So 27 looking good and on track.

Face is well swollen now, just popped another pill and going to head off to bed. Have managed to eat a little more today and I feel better for it too. Jaw really stiff and it's hard to chew, you don't realise the things you take for granted untill you can't do them.

Try to stay cool over there, we have had not a bad day apart from the wind. If it wasn't for that the sun would be nice.

I do hope your putting ice on your jaw. 15 min. on 15 off. it will help a lot. Its 81 in my house right now and i am melting !!!! called a couple places and its looking like 300-600 $ for a leak repair. hope you sleep well.

Granny get a misting bottle and spray yourself while you sit in a room with circulating air. The evaporation will cool you.

Enola, I went out to feed and water the chickens and i drenched myself ! hahaa it felt good too. I do have a spray bottle though. might be a little more reasonable then running outside . hahaa thanks !

I've heard a crow from the shed from those last cross chicks that I have left!! I'm sure three are boys!! I've still got those three for my mother too, I'm hoping she is going to take them soon as I will be running out of room for them all.

Still melting, tempers are starting to rise as well 300-600 $ to fix it. thats just not gonna happen. in the 90s here now.
