Blood splatter in hen house

On 2 occasions this week I have gone into the chicken house and there has been blood sprayed over the walls! It is slightly thick and clot like in some places. I have checked my girls and the only one I can see with a sign of blood is my coucou maran. She has traces of dry blood round her nostrils and I would say her coomb is looking pale. She is still eating and drinking, any advice or idea what it could be?
Photo of the hen?

My first thought was ILT. Has your hen been showing signs of wheezing, sneezing, rales, watery eyes or any other signs of a respiratory disease? Head shaking is prominent with Infectious Laryngotracheitis (ILT). It is also contagious to other birds.

No she has no other symptoms that I can see, just pale comb. I have been giving her metacam and I think the blood has reduced, not seeing as much on the walls. Wonder if she had an obstruction in her throat.

What about rat poison?! I would give her vitamin K for some time, because rat poison is long acting stuff. If somebody else scattered some, it is sometimes mixed with grains…look if her poop is another color too

In the picture, there is something like a scrape or possibly just blood smear on her face. Glad that you are not seeing more blood. Have you seen her cough or sneeze much?
