Blood spot

    Should i seperate this chick from others she just got this blood spot somehow :( not sure if the others did it or herself [​IMG]

    Do you know that she may be a meat bird? Just from the photos, she looks like one, and they are usually much bigger, grow faster, eat lots more food, and are usually meant for butchering around 6-7 weeks old. They will probably peck at the bloody spot, so either coat with some BluKote or betadine, or ahe may need separating. It looks like they are at the age when they start arranging a pecking order.

    Yes tsc didnt label them as meat chicken and im upset about it. Lol im gonna try to give him the best life possible do u think i should give him his sister thats supposivly the same bred but she is way smaller same age tho thsnk u for answering
