blood spots in eggs ?

it seems a ccouple of mywheaten marans hens lay alot of eggs with blood spots any thoughts ?

Are they young. Its pretty normal acttaly

i have some one year old and some 2 year old but not sure whch birds out of the 6
(3 of each)

My hens are going on 2 years, and I still get an egg with a blood spot every couple days.
They are all very healthy and happy hens, so no worries.

well thanks mine are happy to but for eating eggs its kinda grose ,eggs are so dark i cant canlde them , and it seems like everytime i give eggs for my girlfriends dad to eat . he gets some blood spots and sometimes larger stuff ? are the missing vitemans ? i reed somewere its viteman A they need more of ?
any truth to that ?
