Blood yolk with no shell

Over night one of my hens passed a round blood “yolk”. It was very firm with no white or shell. We have had torrential rains, and the pasture and run are completely soaked. I’m not sure which hen it was. All are acting normal this morning. I took scrambled eggs with the shells and added flax seeds, oregano and crushed red pepper flakes out to them, which they all started eating. Also, we had a neighbor’s dog attack a few weeks ago and I lost two of my hens. Could this be stress? I’ve searched the internet, but have not found any thing that matches what I have. TIA

I don’t know what happened to my reply on Sunday, but I’ll try to post again:
I didn’t get a photo of it. When I went back out to the pasture where I had thrown in it, something had already eaten it! I was like a hard boiled yolk, but red. All the hens are acting normal. Eating and Drinking and foraging all day. Hopefully it was just some weird fluke. I’ll have to start carrying my phone with me when I go outside!
