Bloodied head areas on guineas. Suggestions?

Our guineas are confined. A predator tried to get into the tractor and the guineas wound up with bloodied areas on their heads. I think that they were overly enthusiastic about going after the predator and banged their heads against the tractor frame.

I haven't had to address this kind of injury yet. My birds get along pretty well within their own groups.

Any suggestions? Just let it heal? Anything else?

Try and put on a lotion/ cream to prevent infection. I cant remember what the name of it is, but someone on here may.
