Bloody Beaks and Noses!

2 or 3 of my 7.5wk old chicks have bloody beaks and noses. I don't know why and i don't know what to do! please help!

Its called the pecking order, sometimes the peck eachothers nose hole for some reason, when my chicks were that age they would do that, nothing is gonna happen, its just the pecking order.
