Bloody beaks

This afternoon we found all four of our two month old chickens with blood on their beaks. They were fine this morning. We think they may have fought but they have never done that before. A family friend bought chicks from the same litter and says it’s happening to hers to. Is this normal?

It looks like they were reaching through the wire. This is one issue I have had if they're in anything chicken wire and smaller that they can still stick their beaks through.
