Hi, this is my family’s first time trying to hatch chickens. My mother was trying to do something I’m not quite sure and she had dropped it and the shell is cracked wide open. It is still peeping, moving as it should be. We can’t see any thing like the yoke it’s all red (blood). We don’t really know what to do. We have a damp rag around it and it seems to be doing fine. Is there anything else I can do. I will try to post pictures soon.
PLEASE HELP

At this point I would wait and see. You can assist as long as there's no blood which means everything has been absorbed.

there is membrane kinda stuck on her beak and she’s blowing bubbles with the mucus in the egg. Is there a way to help it or is that normal?

Take a dry paper towel or tissue and dab that extra moisture away. How wet was the washcloth? Maybe some dripped on it ? If you need to keep a chick moist us coconut oil or antibiotic ointment, something along those lines staying away from water that will chill the chick. If the membrane is covering or stuck to the nose you can try to very gently slide that off then just let it do ts thing.
