Bloody comb?

Please help. My australorp hen has a black/ bloody? Comb. She has had spots for a couple of weeks, ive been watching closely but tbey were stable. This morning a large portion of her comb is black and the feathers on the top of her head appear "wet".
I have one hen that mounts her just like a rooster, and have seen others peck at her. I havent intervened in this as there hasnt been injury and i figured it was part of establishing pecking order. Ive read many posts and thought this was to be expected.
I am unsure how/if to treat her. Sometimes its best to leave well enough alone, but i worry about repeat injuries, infection etc.
I have included pics, i apologize for the poor quality. I am including pics of my coop and run. Perhaps i have a design flaw.

Please help. Any advice is appreciated. For her sake if treatment is needed it should be done today, as well as the fact that i work tmrw so it would be delayed until wednesday. Thanks!

Does anyone know what i ahould do? Anyone? Clean it? Neosporin? Bag balm? Nothing on it? Separate her??

Sorry no one has responded yet. I'm not sure what most ppl do but in my case I had to separate. It started out as pecking order and quickly became cannibalism. They kept pecking at the bloody comb and split her head open. Her head is now misshapen due to how deep the would was. Good luck, she's a beauty!

Forgot to mention that some people put blu-kote (sold at TSC and other farm supply stores) on small wounds to cover them and discourage pecking. IMHO, I'd separate, irrigate and apply triple antibiotic ointment (without the pain reliever or "caine") to the wounds.

Thank you sooo much!!!!! Shes almost bottom of the order and its been escalating. Question, i have five chicks slowly integrating, a few meet and greets so far, should i put her with the younger sub flock? I know they dont like being alone but im not sure what is the best long term solution. Again thank you!!!!!!!!!
