bloody eggs with mucus

I have a hen that is laying eggs with bloody mucus. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks

I washed the egg this morning. I will post a picture tomorrow or as soon as it happens again. This has happened about 3-4 times within the last 10 days. Thanks
