bloody looking poop

i went to feed my chickens and found bood looking stuff everywhere, i do have a few rooster so i thought a fight. after checking everyone out i found no injuries, then i noticed one of my hens poop and it was watery and bloody looking, then my main rooster pooped and it was first but also had some red to it. there is this watery red poop everywhere in the coop under the roosts like a massacure! going to call vet at 8 when they open. anyone got ideas?? worms? got into something bad?? they freeroam but we are rather careful about leaving things out that are harmful.
