Bloody nostril

This morning I did my usual routine to check my quail. All were fine and had foood and water. I checked on them rightnow and one of the 7 week olds were dead. There’s no bald spot on the head or any visible injury but I noticed what looks like blood in ONE of its nostrils what do you think happened?

Sometimes when they pass the blood goes to their nose to drain out. I think it's just from when he/she passed, the blood was just leaving the body...?
