Bloody poop from a roo

He is a blue silkie almost 2 years old. Lives with just one hen. No trauma and no explanation. Started last night seeing as the pictured poop is still wet. He’s acting normal, eating, drinking and dancing for his hen. Any advice is appreciated. I’m going to bathe him and inspect more carefully.

Thank you. I’ve been busy out there sterilizing and treating the whole flock. Had corid on hand so they are now on day two of seven. No other birds have shown symptoms but they’re all being dosed.
