Bloody poop from new chickens

Post a picture. When I was a newbie, I panicked over runny orange poop. Turns out chickens poop two different kinds of poop... the lumpy dark one with a white cap, and the runny orange-brown one from the cecal pouch. If you post a photo, experienced chicken "tenders" may be able to identify whether or not it is normal.

Shortly after I posted this, I headed to my local farm store to get some advice and buy medicine for whatever might be going on. The employee I talked to recommended added fresh herbs to their water (way more my style) and I went home and put a few drops of essential oils in lieu of fresh herbs. I’ve only seen one bloody poop since they finished that gallon of water, and that was almost two months ago now. So I suppose it helped.

Curious what you put in their water? I'm currently seeing some bloody and runny poops in my coop and I'd love to try a natural remedy first and see if it helps.
